Our brief for this project was simple, “improve our conversion rates”, generate more sales through emails. Screwfix broadcast three emails a week and developing the creative whilst maintaining a consistent message could prove difficult at times. This is where we step in. Our first challenge was to create a new, more effective, more creative solution for the ‘New Catalogue Launch’ broadcast email. We had to create a more efficient solution, guiding the consumer along a more direct route to the check out.
Producing bold, engaging creative, introducing dynamic content, clever subject lines and a simple call to action we exceeded our brief on day one. A weeks forecast sales achieved within one day of broadcast.
